A high frequency fusion processing makes seams have solid durability, enabling perfect waterproofing, therefore, it can carry your valuable belongings safely to even a wettest place, keeping them from being wet.

High frequency fusion processing produces 2 times stronger textile by overlapping two layers of textile, effecting solidarity as well s perfect waterproofing. Numberless miniscule holes are made on a backpack manufactured by traditional methods when it is sewn. This method weakens solidarity and water permeates through those holes.

Fusion of two overlapping layers of textile does not make two textile directly fused but by polyurethane coating layers of textiles. It take only a few seconds and overlapped textiles in the bonded part are fuesd by pressure of more than 40 ton with high frequency.

It is made by high frequency fusion of a 500 Kordura fabric with strong abrasion resistance and a T.P.U (Thermoplastic Poly Urethanes) coating fabric with strong weatherability and durability using a welding machine and thus is firm and perfect waterproof, thereby protecting the valuables in the bag safely and pleasantly without getting wet.

A high frequency fusion of fabrics (500 Kordura fabric + T.P.U. coating) and a perfect adhesion of two fabrics result in a perfect waterproof.

• Waterproof zipper in sewn bag

A waterproof zipper of a sewn bag can not be a waterproof zipper even if a zipper used is waterproof because a waterproof zipper is sewn on the fabric and thus water percolates into a sewing hole, resulting in losing a function of waterproof.

• Waterproof zipper in waterproof bag

A waterproof zipper of a waterproof bag is fused on the fabric to have a perfect waterproof function, resulting in a complete isolation of water and dust and a pleasant protection of articles in the bag.
